About Investor

Randall Ussery is Managing Partner at Steigen Ventures in Palo Alto, California, a venture and business design firm he has led since 2012. He is also Co-Founder and Board Member at Nalu Bio (wellness biotech) and Founder/CEO of Everest Financial (fintech private marketplace). He previously served as Founding Partner at L37 Ventures from 2019 to January 2024, and as Venture Partner at Wildcat Venture Partners in 2019–2020. He serves as board member, investor, and active advisor across a portfolio including Ambi (EdTech), Nalu Bio (Wellness), Appalachia Made Company (Travel), DignifiHealth (HealthTech), Pure Watercraft (EV), and Everest (Fintech). He is also an Adjunct Lecturer of Entrepreneurship at Babson College (2016–present). He holds a BA from James Madison University and an MBA from Babson College (Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business).
