Rahul Harpalani is a Sequoia Capital Scout based in the Nashville area while working as a product leader on infrastructure at Stripe. As a scout, he typically backs seed and Series A enterprise software companies across infrastructure and applications, with investment sizes usually between $25K and $100K and a sweet spot around $50K. His focus is on technical, infrastructure-heavy products and developer-facing tooling, reflecting his day job in payments and infrastructure. Previously he held product roles at Google (Cloud Observability) and in infrastructure at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and earlier served as an infantry officer in the U.S. Army after completing an MBA at Columbia University.
