Philippe Griffiths is a Senior Associate at TLcom Capital, an Africa-focused venture capital firm managing over $250 million and backing companies including Andela and FairMoney, based in Nairobi, where he contributes to deal sourcing, due diligence, execution, and portfolio value generation. He previously served as an Investment Partner at Dorm Room Fund (2021-2023) while completing his graduate studies, focusing on early-stage investments in social commerce, retail, education, climate tech, Web3/blockchain, and AI. Before that, he was a Venture Partner at P1 Ventures, Strategic Initiatives Lead at ALX Africa, and a Consultant at Deloitte. He holds an MBA from Stanford and an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School (both 2023) and a BA from the University of Virginia.
