Phil Wu is a Director on Bain Capital’s Credit team (focus area: Private Credit) in Sydney. His investing work centers on private credit financing, including middle-market companies that Bain describes as typically having EBITDA between $10 million and $150 million, and the strategy’s deal structures can involve facilities in the $100 million–$300 million range. Before Bain Capital, he was on the unlisted investments team at Washington H. Soul Pattinson in Sydney, covering private equity, private credit, and real estate. He earned a BCom and LLB from the University of New South Wales.
