Peter Winans is currently a Senior Associate on the Discover (growth) team at Thoma Bravo, and previously was an investor at Battery Ventures, where your sheet still has him tagged. His investing background is in consumer internet and SMB/vertical software across seed, Series A and Series B, with check sizes in the $250K to $60M band depending on stage and vehicle. At Battery he focused on high-growth software and internet businesses, and at Thoma Bravo he now leans into later-stage and buyout-oriented software deals. He started his career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley before moving into VC/growth equity.
