About Investor

Pavlo Kartashov is the CEO of the Ukrainian Startup Fund and is based in Kyiv, Ukraine. He focuses on DeepTech, AI, and cybersecurity companies at the Pre-seed and Seed stages. His investment interests include research-driven technologies, intelligent systems, and products that protect digital infrastructure, networks, and data. Pavlo generally invests between $25K and $50K, with a preferred commitment of approximately $50K. As a lead investor, he contributes directly to company selection, early financing, funding decisions, and portfolio development. At the Ukrainian Startup Fund, he supports early-stage founders as they validate innovative technologies and establish a foundation for growth.
