Paul Kirby is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Zinc, an early-stage venture fund that backs mission-driven startups solving major social and environmental challenges. He invests in BioTech, AI, and ClimateTech companies at the Pre-seed and Seed stages. Before founding Zinc, Paul held senior leadership roles in the UK government, including at Number 10, where he worked on public policy and innovation.
