Patrick O’Neill is a Managing Director, Investments at Connecticut Innovations. His focus spans medical devices, biotech, AI, climate/clean tech, energy tech, data services, healthcare services and enterprise software, writing $150K to $7.0M checks from seed through Series B, often as a lead investor. Public investment records show him involved in seed and Series A financings such as Skystream Markets and other tech and cleantech companies. In addition to his CI role, he is active as a medtech advisor and angel investor. His earlier career includes operational and business development roles in technology and energy-related companies, which inform his work with founders today.
