Patrick De Silva is Founder and Chief Investment Partner at Pix Vine Capital (PixVC), a Singapore-based early-stage investment house providing venture capital to startups in Info-Tech, Med-Tech, and Eco-Energy/Eco-Tech, with a high-risk/high-return philosophy and strong collaborative partnerships with other investors, incubators, and accelerators. Founded with an initial focus on Israel and Asia, PixVC has invested in 40+ high-technology ventures across Israel, Singapore, China, India, Malaysia, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Thailand, achieving two successful exits. Patrick founded PixVC to bridge connections between Asian markets and global startups. He previously served as CEO of Rutledge Oilfield Group, where he expanded operations internationally and established joint ventures with ExxonMobil and Chevron. He is also affiliated with GITP (Global Innovations & Technology Platform), a Singapore-based corporate angel investor. He is a Chartered Accountant (ACCA-UK fellow) and is based in Singapore.
