Pam Kostka is an Operator in Residence and Limited Partner at Operator Collective, an experienced C-suite operator, investor, advisor, and board member with over 25 years driving scale at enterprise startups including Bluebox Security, VirtuOz, and Sabrix. She currently serves as an Advisor at Graham & Walker, a Board Member at RightBound and Syndio, a Founding Equity LP at Acrew Capital's Diversity Capital Fund, and on the Board of Directors at Rock Health. She recently completed a three-year tenure as Executive in Residence at Magnify Ventures. Previously, she was founding CEO of All Raise, accelerating the success of female funders and founders in tech, and earlier CEO of Loop and NICA (National Interscholastic Cycling Association). She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross.
