Orson Stadler is Principal, Europe & Head of Network at RTP Global UK, where he helps lead the firm’s European investing platform and founder network. He typically invests $250K–$1M into pre-seed and seed rounds, with a focus on impact-driven and mission-oriented tech companies in categories such as parenting & family, social commerce, education, health IT, marketplaces, e-commerce and fintech. His work centers on very early-stage founders, often backing them before there is much traction, and helping them build for both financial and social returns. Previously he was a Partner at Antler and a Senior Principal at Mustard Seed Impact, and began his career at BlackRock working on global business and product strategy.
