Normunds Igolnieks is a partner and board member at ZGI Capital, a Baltic growth-capital investor with roots going back to 2005. He advises portfolio companies including BISS and eAgronom and has long experience building and managing businesses. Before ZGI, he co-founded and led Optimus fondi and later ran a division of SEB Wealth Management after the business was acquired by SEB Bank. He holds an MBA from the University of Latvia.
