Noor Nijjer serves as Head of Investor Relations at Sierra Ventures, a position she joined in 2025, having previously served as Vice President of Investor Relations at Top Tier Capital Partners. Her investment focus includes Messaging, Gaming/eSports, Consumer Internet, Cybersecurity, and FinTech sectors across Pre-seed, Seed, Series A, and Series B stages with investment ranges between $100K and $5.0M. Nijjer began her career in investment banking and held finance and consulting roles at Ernst & Young and Deloitte before transitioning to investor relations, and she holds a Master's in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
