Nikhil Kalghatgi serves as a Partner at CoVenture, focusing on investments in fashion, games, retail, entertainment & sports, consumer health, media/content, social networks, and e-commerce sectors. He typically invests at the seed and Series A stages with an investment range of $1M - $25.0M. Kalghatgi is currently the Head of Alternatives for SP Hinduja Banque Privee, a private Swiss bank, and Senior Advisor to Timeless Capital. He has complex transaction expertise in alternatives including 60+ deals in early-stage, pre-IPO, PIPEs and SPACs, and previously served as Partner at multiple firms including CoVenture, Vast Ventures, and SoftBank. He began his career in the US Military Intelligence with a focus on drone sensor technology and is a graduate of Harvard Business School.
