Nicole Sanchez is an Investment Partner at XFactor Ventures and a Managing Director at Chase, based in New York. At XFactor, she typically invests $100K to $150K at the pre-seed and seed stages, focusing on fintech, insurtech, mobile messaging, bots and technology serving Latin America, Africa and the Caribbean, with a particular emphasis on companies with at least one female founder. Her investments include early backing of companies such as RoadSync and other fintech and logistics businesses that fit this thesis. She previously founded and led JPMorgan-backed fintech startup Credit Hero and earlier founded VIXXENN, after roles in multicultural marketing and customer business development at Procter & Gamble and strategy consulting at Bain & Company. Sanchez holds a BA in Government from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School and has been profiled as one of the most influential women in NYC tech.
