Neetu Puranikmath is a senior investment officer based in New York with Basecamp Fund, where she focuses on early-stage venture investing with checks typically between $100K and $500K across sectors such as payments, cloud infrastructure, real estate/PropTech, consumer health, and entertainment & sports at pre-seed and seed stages. Her investment remit spans diverse founders, AI, e-commerce, SaaS and fintech categories within the early startup ecosystem. Prior to Basecamp Fund she worked in operations at YouTube and Google, held roles in fintech startups, and has advised founders and served in mentorship capacities — including through accelerator programs and community initiatives. She holds a BA from UC Berkeley and an MBA from the University of Oxford, with a strong interest in empowering underestimated founders.
