Nazo Moosa is Managing Director at Paladin Capital Group, leading the firm's European activities in cybersecurity and foundational technology investing, a role she took on in October 2024 after serving as a Senior Advisor to Paladin since 2017. She previously spent several years as Managing Partner, Europe at Energy Impact Partners, a global platform with over $3 billion in assets under management investing in the transition to a sustainable energy future. Earlier in her career, she was part of the founding team of The Carlyle Group's European Technology Fund, and later launched Europe's first dedicated cybersecurity fund as Managing Partner at C5 Capital. Her investments include Secure Code Warrior, RangeForce, 42Crunch, Hometree, and StudyTube. She serves on the boards of the Charity Commission and Arts Council England. She holds a BA in International Economics from UCLA and an MBA from Columbia Business School. She is based in London, England.
