Natalya Bailey is an Investment Partner at XFactor Ventures and a deep-tech founder and executive based in Massachusetts. At XFactor she focuses on pre-seed and seed investments in hardware and AI, especially women-founded and deep-tech companies, typically investing between $100K and $150K. She is also co-founder and CEO of Squawk AI and previously co-founded and led Accion Systems, a spacecraft ion-engine company spun out of MIT, taking it through first space flights and tens of millions in funding and revenue. Bailey holds a PhD from MIT, an MS from Duke University and a BS from San Diego State University, and frequently mentors founders through programs like Matthew Isakowitz and Techstars-affiliated accelerators.
