Nagraj Kashyap is Co-Founder and General Partner at Touring Capital, a venture firm he launched in 2023 alongside Priya Saiprasad and Samir Kumar, focused on investing in early growth-stage, AI-driven SaaS companies; the firm closed an oversubscribed $330M debut fund in 2025. He co-founded Touring after a 20+ year career in venture capital: he founded and led M12 (formerly Microsoft Ventures) starting in 2016, and before that spent over a decade as founding partner and Global Head of Qualcomm Ventures, growing it from a $10M fund into a $250M fund. Most recently, he was Managing Partner at SoftBank Vision Fund II from 2020 to early 2023, leading growth-stage investments including Go1, Netradyne, Pixis, and Vuori. His career-spanning investments include Zoom, Waze, Fitbit, Livongo, Kahoot!, and Applied Intuition. He holds an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management and an MS in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin. He is based in San Francisco, California.
