Muhammed Özhan is the Chief Executive Officer of TT Ventures and is based in Istanbul, Turkey. He invests in SaaS, AI, and DeepTech companies at the Seed, Series A, and Series B stages. His investment work focuses on founders developing scalable software, intelligent technologies, and technically advanced products with significant commercial potential. Muhammed typically invests between $500K and $2M, with a preferred ticket of approximately $1M. As a lead investor and the firm’s CEO, he plays a central role in investment strategy, company selection, and portfolio development. Through TT Ventures, he helps technology businesses validate their solutions, establish strategic partnerships, and progress toward broader commercial growth.
