About Investor

Mohammed Al Muhtaseb is the Chief Executive Officer of ISSF and is based in Jordan. He focuses on FinTech, SaaS, AI, and DeepTech companies from the Pre-seed stage through Series A. His investment interests include scalable software, intelligent technologies, advanced technical products, and digital financial services. Mohammed generally invests between $250K and $1M, with a preferred commitment of approximately $750K. As a lead investor and the organization’s CEO, he plays a central role in investment strategy, company selection, and portfolio development. Through ISSF, he supports Jordanian technology ventures as they validate their products, attract additional capital, and pursue regional growth.
