Mitchell Kominsky is General Partner at Futureland Ventures, where he leads pre-seed and seed investments of $50 K–$250 K into early-stage mobility, climate-tech, robotics, proptech, security, IoT and AI startups. His most recent investment is in Sweet Spot, a retail-analytics platform. He is based in Washington, D.C. Before founding Futureland, he served as a congressional investigator on national-security and cybersecurity policy, worked on autonomous-vehicle initiatives at the U.S. Department of Transportation, and built a smart-cities startup.
