Mike Rowan is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Hive Hatch (co-founded with Isaac Saldana), a venture capital firm and studio with roots in New England and South Florida that invests financial, human, and social capital in early-stage founders to help them validate, build, and launch SaaS startups. A 7-time founder, he concurrently serves as CEO at Get Structure and CTO at Shepherd AI (since 2026). He is also Chief Product Officer at Techstars. Mike spent 7 years as VP of Product at SendGrid Labs/Studio — SendGrid was acquired by Twilio for $3B in 2018. Before SendGrid he founded GeoTrust (acquired by VeriSign/Symantec), Stray Labs, and other companies. He also co-founded Joy Labs with Isaac Saldana and launched Techstars Studio with David Cohen. Combined, Mike and Isaac have founded and held leadership roles in 15+ companies from inception through IPO/acquisition over 30+ years in the startup ecosystem. Based in Stonington, Connecticut.
