Michelle Ashworth serves as a Venture Partner at Top Tier Capital Partners, focusing on investments in messaging, gaming/eSports, consumer internet, cybersecurity, and FinTech sectors. She typically invests at the pre-seed, seed, Series A, and Series B stages with an investment range of $100K - $5.0M. Ashworth is also the Founder and Director of Silver How Ventures, an independent advisory firm working with institutional investors and venture capital firms across Europe and Asia. Prior to forming Silver How, she was a Partner at Top Tier Capital Partners (UK) Limited where she focused primarily on the firm's venture fund investments in Europe and Israel. Her previous experience includes Head of Venture at the Church Commissioners for England and Director of Venture Funds at British International Investment (formerly the CDC Group).
