Michael O’Neil is Co-Founder and Partner at Overture, where he oversees capital formation and state and local policy. Overture invests in early-stage climate tech startups across North America and Europe, with themes including energy abundance, resilience, and clean industry, and states an average check size of $1.5 million. Before launching Overture, O’Neil spent more than 20 years in technology policy, government, and public affairs. At Airbnb, he led America’s policy partnerships and managed state policy, public affairs, and regulatory campaigns during a critical pre-IPO period.
