Michael Cohn is Co-founder and Managing Partner at Overline, a pre-seed and seed-stage venture capital firm backing founders across the U.S. Southeast. Overline typically leads or co-leads pre-seed and seed rounds with investments from $250K to $1.5M, and is sector-agnostic across software and technology-enabled businesses. Before Overline, Michael co-founded Cloud Sherpas, a cloud consulting and services company that scaled globally and was acquired by Accenture, and he has been an active founder, operator, and ecosystem builder in Atlanta’s tech scene.
