Max Swicegood is a Principal at Savano Capital Partners, a Baltimore-based investment firm that focuses on direct secondary investments in late-stage, venture-backed technology companies. His typical check size ranges from $1M to $15.0M with a $10.0M sweet spot, and that he primarily invests at Series A and B in sectors including e-commerce, human capital and HR tech, marketplaces, insurance, sales and CRM, logistics, SaaS, enterprise software and real estate/proptech. Before Savano he worked in Wells Fargo’s corporate venture arm focusing on Series A through Series D technology investments, previously invested at Vista Equity Partners’ credit fund, and began his career in private credit after studying finance at Georgetown University.
