About Investor

Max Conway is a Principal at DYNE Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm singularly focused on the "Blue Economy" — maritime technologies and ocean-based industries spanning trade/transportation, defense/infrastructure, and natural resources — actively deploying capital since 2024, including a lead investment in Vatn Systems alongside Lockheed Martin Ventures, RTX Ventures, and In-Q-Tel. He is concurrently Co-Founder and Partner at Hydra Group, LLC, a private equity firm investing across technology, services, and real estate. He briefly served as a Partner at Industrious Ventures in 2022. A former Naval Special Warfare Officer with experience in commercial diving and special operations, he previously served as Head of Business Development at AGC Partners and held investment banking and asset management roles, including at ACK Asset Management. He holds a BS from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business.
