Matthew Fortuin is Senior Vice President and head of the asset management team at Bain Capital Real Estate in Boston. In that role he oversees asset management for the firm’s real-estate portfolio, including retail, industrial, and other property types, and is associated with venture-style and JV allocations in the $100K–$5.0M range within larger real-estate transactions. He brings over 30 years of real-estate experience, having previously held senior roles such as Vice President–Team Leader at AEW and other real-estate investment positions. Fortuin holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and is a CFA charterholder.
