Matteo Cera is a Senior Venture Partner at Pioneer Fund, focusing on investments into marketplaces, fintech, AI, and future of work companies in Latin America and Europe. He typically invests at the seed and Series A stages with an investment range of $100K - $5.0M, with additional interests in local services, transportation tech, pharmaceuticals, insurance, e-commerce, and digital health sectors. Cera is also the CEO & Co-founder of Glaut, an AI-native customer research platform, and President and CEO & Co-founder of Hogaru, the leading tech-enabled home services platform in Latin America. He has a background in corporate finance, having worked at McKinsey & Company and Morgan Stanley, and has completed executive programs at Harvard Business School and Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
