Masaya Naito is the Senior Director of Investment at DEEPCORE in Tokyo. His focus includes AI, SaaS, robotics, and ClimateTech companies at the Pre-seed, Seed, and Series A stages. He works with founders applying software and advanced technology to business operations, automation, and environmental challenges. Masaya generally invests between $350K and $2M, with a preferred commitment of around $1M. As a lead investor, he supports opportunity selection, due diligence, and the strategic development of portfolio companies. His work helps early-stage companies move from innovative technology toward practical applications and commercial growth.
