About Investor

Mary Alcantara is a Partner at Interactive Venture Partners in Budapest, Hungary. She focuses on Pre-seed through Series A investments in AgTech, analytics, cloud infrastructure, education, marketplaces, SaaS, AI, direct-to-consumer, enterprise applications, and deep tech. She is based in Budapest and also serves as a founding partner of tandemLEAP, a management consultancy and advisory services firm operating between New York City and Budapest. Previously, she led global project teams across multiple industries and is the professional lead for Design Terminal’s Techlab incubation program. She holds an MBA from Central European University and a B.A. in Biology from Harvard University.
