Martha Obasi is a Principal at Bain Capital Double Impact in Boston, the firm’s impact-investing private equity strategy. She backs mission-driven companies in areas such as healthcare, education, and sustainability, typically participating in growth and impact-oriented private equity transactions, with associated check sizes in the $1M–$100.0M range. Her background is in investment banking at Morgan Stanley, where she worked in the healthcare and natural resources groups, before joining Bain Capital in 2018.
