He typically invests at the Series B stage with an investment range of $5.0M - $50.0M, focusing on analytics, consumer health, e-commerce, games, hardware, IoT, robotics, manufacturing, space, and FinTech sectors. Watt has led over $180 billion of technology mergers, acquisitions, and investments, and prior to founding Kilonova Capital, he was President of a $1 billion technology holding company where he oversaw operations of a portfolio of profitable, fast-growing technology companies. He was previously Head of Internet & Digital Media Investment Banking at William Blair and Merrill Lynch, and a Managing Director at TriplePoint Capital.
