About Investor

Mark Legare is a Principal at Innospark Ventures, an AI-focused venture fund based in Boston investing in AI-native companies across healthcare, life sciences, and enterprise. His investing centers on AI, deep tech, digital health, medical devices, diagnostics, robotics, and B2B SaaS, typically from pre-seed through Series A, with an investment range of $50K to $4.0M and a sweet spot around $1.5M per check. He serves as a Board Member at Marigold Health. Prior to joining Innospark in 2019, Mark served as Senior Special Assistant and Personal Aide to Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker, where his interest in AI developed while witnessing its impacts on Boston's healthcare system. He began his career in fixed income and equity research at Morgan Stanley. He holds a BA in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross, where he was a Charles A. Dana Scholar and graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
