Marius Ghenea is the Managing Partner at Catalyst Romania, focusing on investments across all sectors at Series A and B stages, with investment ranges between €1,000,000 and €3,000,000. With over 30 years of experience, he has been the catalyst behind some of Romania's biggest success stories, playing a key role in the growth and eventual exit of numerous companies. He has a background in entrepreneurship and private equity, having co-founded and led several successful companies, most notably FIT Distribution (Flamingo), which he grew from zero revenues to a $50M company. He has served on the board of numerous successful companies and has made impactful investments in Central and Eastern Europe.
