Marie-Sophie Ando is Senior Investment Manager at Vorwerk Ventures, an independent German venture capital firm with €150 million in AuM, where she leads Business Efficiency investments across digital health, food, energy/climate tech, edTech, and AI, based in Berlin. She joined Vorwerk Ventures in 2023. Previously, she was one of the first team members at Foundamental, a global early-stage construction-tech fund, focusing on SMB Software, ClimateTech/CleanTech, Robotics, Insurance, Real Estate/PropTech, Marketplaces, Logistics, FinTech, ConstructionTech, and Future of Work at pre-seed through Series B, with checks between $250K and $3.0M. She holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University.
