Maria Angelica Enriquez is Head of Portfolio Management at Endeavor Catalyst, the venture arm of global entrepreneurship network Endeavor, based in New York. She invests $100K to $5.0M in scale-up and high-growth companies across emerging markets, with sector focuses including agtech, education, food and beverage, retail, fintech and smart cities/urban tech, typically at Seed and Series A. At Endeavor Catalyst she manages a portfolio of more than 300 companies and close to $500M in assets under management, helping founders scale regionally and globally. Her prior experience includes roles as an intrapreneur and strategist supporting Latin American and global startups, and she is a frequent speaker on scaling and venture in emerging markets.
