Malin Posern is a Partner and Managing Director UK at Project A Ventures, a leading European early-stage investor with €1.2B AUM, where she leads the firm's London office and early-stage Fintech vertical, a role she has held since September 2023. She previously spent three years as General Partner at Passion Capital, focusing on Retail, MarketingTech, and Consumer Internet from seed to Series B, leading early-stage deals in financial services, biotech, and productivity tools. Before that, she was Digital Director at Browns Fashion (part of Farfetch Group), an investor at Index Ventures specializing in consumer and SaaS across Europe and the US, and began her career as a Management Consultant at Bain & Company in Stockholm. She holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology and a Master of Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm. She is based in London, England.
