Makar Paseniuk is a Founder and Managing Partner at ICU Ventures and is based in Kyiv, Ukraine. He focuses on AI, SaaS, enterprise technology, FinTech, and DeepTech companies from the Pre-seed stage through Series A. His investment work centers on intelligent systems, scalable software, technologies that improve business operations, digital financial services, and technically complex products. Makar typically invests between $200K and $5M, with a preferred ticket of approximately $2M. As a lead investor, he plays an active role in investment strategy, company assessment, transaction structuring, and portfolio development.
