About Investor

Maddi Holman is General Partner and Co-Founder of Daring Ventures, based in New York, a fund she co-founded that closed a $4M seed round in May 2025, investing in overlooked founders building technology that enhances human capabilities. She previously was a Senior Associate at Cigna Ventures (2022-2024), focusing on early to growth-stage healthcare companies and leading the women's health vertical, and before that an Associate at Touchdown Ventures (2020-2022), supporting multiple corporate partner VC funds across healthcare, telecom, software, proptech, and entertainment, and an Associate at Optio Ventures. She hosts "Let's Be Heard," a women's health podcast. She holds a Master's degree in Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Management from Imperial College Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from Rice University, where she was a walk-on D1 athlete.
