About Investor

Łukasz Kotapski is a Partner and Legal Counsel at Aper Ventures and is based in Warsaw, Poland. He focuses on DeepTech, hardware, and cybersecurity companies from the Pre-seed stage through Series A. His investment work centers on technically advanced products, innovative physical systems, and technologies that protect digital infrastructure, networks, and data. Łukasz typically invests between $110K and $5.5M, with a preferred ticket of approximately $3M. As a lead investor, he contributes legal and investment expertise to company evaluation, transaction structuring, financing decisions, and portfolio development. Through Aper Ventures, he supports advanced technology founders as they commercialize their products and prepare for scalable growth.
