Lukas Hoff is a Principal at Fuse Venture Partners, a London-based venture firm where he focuses on B2B marketplaces, logistics, transportation tech and software. He typically leads or participates in $1M to $30.0M financings, with a sweet spot around $5.0M, backing Series A and B startups in mobility, logistics, retail, social commerce, SaaS, SMB software, supply-chain tech and AI. Hoff previously helped establish Fuse after working in M&A at Baker Tilly and in strategy consulting at Simon-Kucher, where he advised TMT clients on pricing, business models and go-to-market. He holds a Master of Science in Technology and Management from TU Munich with a focus on finance and computer science.
