Lukas Gregg is a Managing Director at Bain Capital Real Estate in Boston and a founding team member of the platform. As an investor, he focuses on real estate and Real Estate/PropTech opportunities, particularly value-add and life-science–oriented assets in Boston and other innovation markets, with pre-seed and seed-stage proptech checks typically in the $100K–$5.0M range and a sweet spot around $1.5M for venture-style tickets. His work spans sourcing, structuring, and managing real-estate investments through Bain’s Genesis life-science platform and other vehicles. Earlier in his career he held vice president roles within Bain Capital Real Estate and worked on real-estate transactions tied to Harvard’s endowment portfolio.
