Luis Llorens Gonzalez leads investment opportunities in Iberia and new fund initiatives at Plug and Play. He has also described the launch of a €20 million fund for startups based in Spain and Spanish founders abroad, with an investment thesis around early-stage enterprise, fintech, mobility, sustainability, and retail, writing initial checks from €200K to €500K with follow-on capital up to €1M. Before that, he founded eSports tournaments and a talent agency, then moved into startup ecosystem and venture work in Barcelona.
