Ludolf Stavenga is Fund Manager and Statutory Director at Innovatiefonds Noord-Holland, an initiative of the Province of Noord-Holland, University of Amsterdam, Vrije Universiteit, and other institutions, supporting entrepreneurs in North Holland with convertible loans between €50,000 and €300,000 at pre-seed and seed, across circular economy, life science, health, sustainable mobility, high-tech systems, and energy sectors, including recent investments in Trusk (autonomous defense systems) and Shift. He has more than 25 years of experience with startups and technology, having previously served as Partner at Graduate Entrepreneur, where he contributed to raising and establishing a €56M fund and invested in companies like QuantWare, Magneto Systems, and Rocsys. Earlier, he was an investment professional at Zeeburg Ventures, Sanoma Ventures, ENERGIIQ, UNIIQ, and Delft Enterprises. He has coached more than 200 startups at various incubators. He is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
