Lucy Chen is an Associate Investor at Romulus Capital and a ConTech-focused investor at Takeoff Capital. She typically invests $100K to $10.0M from pre-seed through Series B in construction technology and real estate/proptech, with a sweet spot around $500K. Her focus spans proptech, construction tech and related DEI-driven innovation in the built environment. Outside of venture, she co-founded The Bulletin, a campus event-discovery platform, and previously co-founded Codefy, a nonprofit providing free coding education, alongside her studies in computer science, economics and astronomy at Columbia University.
