About Investor

Lucian Wagner is a Member of the Investment Committee at Zuhlke Ventures (2025–present), the venture arm of Zuhlke Group, a Swiss engineering and innovation consultancy, and General Partner at EuroUS Ventures AG, his own venture vehicle active since 2005. From 2017 to 2024, he was Founding General Partner at Privilège Ventures, a Zurich-based FINMA-authorized VC firm he co-founded with Jacqueline Ruedin Rüsch. During his tenure, Privilège invested in 40+ companies across 3 funds (combined target ~CHF60M) with 4 exits, specializing in DeepTech and MedTech — explicitly excluding biotech — across Switzerland, France, Italy, and Germany. Portfolio companies include TYXIT, Adiposs, Hydromea, ENANTIOS, Gondola Medical Devices, and Attolight. He is also a board member at Gondola Medical Devices, INERGIO SA, Adiposs, SONIX.GG, Enantios AG, and Attolight SA. Prior to Privilège Ventures, he was deeply embedded in the Swiss and US tech ecosystems through EuroUS Ventures AG. He holds an MBA from EM Lyon and has 15+ years of Swiss venture investing experience. He divides his time between Zurich and multiple European markets.
