Lt. Gen. (Ret.) Kenneth A. Minihan served as a Managing Director at Paladin Capital Group and is now listed among the firm’s notable emeritus leaders. Paladin is a multi-stage investor specializing in cyber, AI, and advanced technology, and the firm has said Minihan helped reshape its mission after September 11 toward technologies that defend critical infrastructure and strengthen resilience. Before Paladin, he retired from the U.S. Air Force after more than 33 years of active service and finished his military career as the 14th Director of the National Security Agency and Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency.
