She is a general partner at Flagship Pioneering and leads one of Flagship's Business Units, and has been co-founder and founding CEO of Alltrna, Apriori Bio and Flagship Labs 72 and 89. She has held leadership positions as CEO, co-founder, president, board chairman, and executive director in the EU biotech and pharma world.
